2007 Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is exceptionally fragrant with strong suggestions citrus and pineapple. On the palate, it brings ripe melon with overtones of grapefruit. A clean, pleasant finish makes this a very enjoyable wine served with a light lunch or as an aperitif.

This is a rich and intense wine with good color and an intoxicating bouquet. It was blended with 8% Carrignane for color and tannins shortly after fermentation was complete. NEW! 2007 Carnival Red Wine

This wine, a blend of Petite Sirah, Tempranillo, Carrignane and Alicante Bouchet, is "like a circus in your mouth." It is highly fragrant with deep rich color. On the palate, supple fruit flavors are well balanced with tannin and acidity. This is a bold wine that leaves a lasting impression.

NEW! 2007 Lowland Zinfandel

This wine tantalizes the eye with unusual hues of red and purple. It contains 10% Alicante Bouchet for additional depth of color. It has strong aromatics that remind me of fresh fruit and flowers. On the palate it is vibrant and bold with good acidity and a wonderful smooth round texture that is enhanced by subtle hints of oak. It would accompany a meal of wild game or hearty roasts.

2006 Zinfidelity

This beautifully colored, medium weight red wine is a blend of Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon.  It is medium bodied but well balanced on the palate where Zin spice is followed by the smooth texture of Cabernet.  It finishes with the lingering taste of the French oak barrels in which it was aged.  This wine would complement almost any meal with bold, zesty flavors but stands very well on its own.

2006 Vino Tinto

This is a red wine with intense color.  Vino Tinto, meaning simply "red wine" in Spanish, is a blend of Zinfandel, Syrah and Petite Sirah. Its aroma brings hints of smoke and oak.  On the palate it has weight and substance,  with fruit and good acidity balancing with strong tannins.  An exceptionally long finish is built around the American oak barrels it was aged in.  This wine calls for a hearty meal with red meat or hearty tomato sauces. 2006 Estate Grown Zinfandel

The 2006 Estate Grown Zinfandel, our most elegant wine,  is a red of medium intensity in the glass. It starts with a fragrant smokey bouquet.  Once on the palate, it screams Zinfandel where spice, then fruit, are followed by subtle French oak. Creamy tannins draw out in an unusually long finish.  This is a special wine that calls for a fine meal of beef or pork. Alcohol 13.97%; pH 3.8; Residual sugar .06%

2006 Bartlam Zinfandel

In the glass, this Zinfandel is a wine of medium color intensity.  It exhibits an earthy bouquet with subtle hints of coffee and oak. On the palate, however, there is nothing medium about it as it reveals itself to be a bold wine with hearty mix of ripe fruit, good acidity and a healthy backbone of tannin. This gives way to a smooth clean finish.
