Apart from the numerous species that are attracted to the front patio and its adjacent garden, the vineyards, the riparian woodland and the river provide habitat for hundreds of species.

All walks start and end at the parking lot at Heritage Oak, and will include walks through portions of vineyards, along the Mokelumne River bank and across riparian woodland. The instructional walks are geared toward birding enthusiasts of all levels and interested children are welcomed.
