We extend the regular 20% club discount for up to 4 guests/family members that you bring with you.
By signing up for our clubs, we ask for a commitment of a year. And, after the year is up we automatically keep you enrolled in our wine club unless notified otherwise.
During this time, we will have quarterly pickups/shipments. Our months of wine release are: January, April, July, and October. Prior to each release, you'll receive an email indicating our wine recommendations, and pickup party information. If you'd like to change what is in your pickup, you can login into your account on our website and make changes or reply to the club emails, otherwise you'll be billed for our recommendations the week after the release party.

Please note:
We do not offer refunds on old, previously paid orders/club orders. If it is the most recent club release, then that is fine, but all older orders would have to be picked up or shipped. Same for swapping wines out - we will allow it on the most recent/current club release, but not older ones.
If you would like to cancel your membership, it has to be in writing. So, send an email to hailey@heritageoakwinery.com, mail a letter of cancellation to Heritage Oak Winery PO Box 296, Victor CA 95253, or fill out our cancellation request paper in person at the winery.
