Returns & Cancellations
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of Heritage Oak wine, you can return the product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Any product you return must be in the same condition (unopened) you received it. Please present a copy of your purchase receipt.
For Wine Club orders: You are welcome to switch out wines/refund the most recent release. Any older orders, we are not granting refunds to, or allowing wine swaps. Thank you for understanding.
Occasionally we find a bottle of wine suffering from “cork-taint”. If you open a bottle of Heritage Oak Wine and find it is corked, please immediately return the wine to us. If we are in agreement with you about the condition of the wine, we will cheerfully exchange the wine for a fresh bottle.
