The Heritage Oak Wine Club is absolutely free to join. Quarterly releases are January, April, July & October, and can either be delivered to your location by UPS/FedEx or picked up at the winery. Our members enjoy the luxury of being able to choose which wines they receive, something not all wine clubs offer. We also offer flexibility with regard to how many bottles members receive. See below for our 3 levels of Clubs, and if signing up, join the correct one for pickup or ship to.
- We do not offer refunds on old, previously paid orders/club orders. If it is the most recent club release, then that is fine, but all older orders would have to be picked up or shipped. Same for swapping wines out - we will allow it on the most recent/current club release, but not older ones.
- If you would like to cancel your membership, it has to be in writing. So, send an email to email@example.com, mail a letter of cancellation to Heritage Oak Winery PO Box 296, Victor CA 95253, or fill out our cancellation request paper in person at the winery.
