• Tailor pickups/shipments to your preference in wines (You will be billed for the 3 featured wines, and when you pickup you'll choose the other 9 wines. You're welcome to swap wines out on the current club release but not on older orders)

• $15 shipping on 6+ bottle purchases

• We extend the regular 20% club discount for up to 4 guests/family members that you bring with you.

By signing up for our clubs, we ask for a commitment of a year. And, after the year is up we automatically keep you enrolled in our wine club unless notified otherwise. 

During this time, we will have quarterly pickups/shipments. Our months of wine release are: January, April, July & October. Prior to each release, you'll receive an email indicating our wine recommendations, and pickup party information. The week before the Wine Club release weekend, club accounts are billed for the 3 recommended wines, and you will fill out the rest of your 12 total bottles when you pickup. If you want to change what is in your order, this can also be done when you come to pickup.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds on old, previously paid orders/club orders. If it is the most recent club release,  then that is fine, but all older orders would have to be picked up or shipped. Same for swapping wines out - we will allow it on the most recent/current club release, but not older ones.

• If you would like to cancel your membership, it has to be in writing. So, send an email to hailey@heritageoakwinery.com, mail a letter of cancellation to Heritage Oak Winery PO Box 296, Victor CA 95253, or fill out our cancellation request paper in person at the winery.
